Annual Meeting & Expo 2021 Home Event Info Sponsors & Exhibitors Speakers Poster Sessions Awards ATTENDEE INFORMATION NYSAND's Virtual Annual Meeting & Expo Attendee InformationWe are excited to have you as part of our virtual conference experience. Below is a list of important items to watch for, steps for the day of the event, and recommended best practices. The Virtual Event Platform goes LIVE at 9:00am on Thursday, April 15, 2021. Accessing the event: **Use the email address you used for your registration, the password ame2021 and click LOGIN at the bottom. The first time logging in, you will be prompted to change your password, agree to terms, and save.
Event Functions & Navigation
Within a couple of days of the AME, all presentations will be archived. To access those, follow the same instructions above, but instead of an Attend Webcast button, you will see a View Archive button. Test your event access and come early on show day
Follow this link to a guided walk through of our virtual platform ahead of AME Kick Off. During our Kick Off presentation we will also show you a more in-depth view of the NYSAND AME Platform. The demo site will help you familiarize yourself with the chat feature, which you'll use to ask questions and network with other attendees. Using the Event Agenda Other areas within the platform Visit the Networking Lounge to network with fellow attendees via the chat. You will also have the opportunity to attend a Sponsored Learning Lounge during Lunch on Friday with Novo Nordisk. You will be able to access this through the Networking Lounge. You can also navigate around the virtual event by using the Search feature located at the top of your screen. Search by specific presenters or exhibitors. Questions? The Virtual Event Place has an online support managed by real people that can help during AME show hours, or 9am - 5pm during non-show hours. Use the chat icon located at the bottom right-hand corner of the page or "Help Desk" in the menu on the top of the screen. |
