The NYSDA web site automatically collects and stores website traffic logs: the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet; the Internet protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using; the browser software you use and your operating system; the date and time you access our sites; and the Internet address of the site from which you linked directly to our sites.
We use this information only as anonymous aggregate data to determine the number of visitors to different sections of our sites and ensure the sites are working properly. We do not keep personally identifiable information or track or record information about individuals. We delete this information after one year.
The online registration for the NYSDA Annual Meeting and Exhibition utilizes a shopping cart technology that requires a session variable (cookie). This is needed to store and then insert the information in the site database for registration purposes. No payment information is collected on the NYSDA website. Payments are all made through PayPal. Information collected during online registration is used only for the conference.
The submission form for jobs postings collects only the information needed for the job posting that will be displayed and contact information should there be a question.
None of the information collected on the NYSDA is sold or shared with third parties.

Important TPN-Injectable Drugs Announcement
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced that injectable drugs used in total parenteral nutrition (TPN) in critical shortage will be imported into the United States and available to patients this week.
