Constance Brown-Riggs, MSEd, RD, CDE, CDN, National Spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association, is pleased to announce the release of her latest book, The African American Guide To Living Well With Diabetes. Elisa Zied, MS, RD, CDN, a registered dietitian and spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association, proudly announces the publication of her new book, Nutrition At Your Fingertips, part of the At Your Fingertips series by Alpha Books/Penguin. She also created a companion Web site, nutritionatyourfingertips.com, and launched a series of video tips from the book. Lyssie Lakatos, RD, CFT and Tammy Lakatos Shames, RD, CFT, also known as The Nutrition Twins®, have teamed up with Day-Timers®, the company dedicated to helping people achieve their goals, to create 2009 Wellness and Weight Management Planners. They will be featuring their planners several times on QVC on New Years Day. The Twins also are working on their next diet book which is due out in Fall 2009.

Linda Arpino, MA, RD, CDN is the incoming Chair of the Coding and Coverage Committee of the American Dietetic Association(ADA). Cracking the Code is a slide presentation available to all state and districts program planners. In addition, Linda is now acting as liaison to the Evidenced Based Analysis committee. In August ADA trained Linda to present a program at districts to inform members of the wealth of resources available to all members from the Evidenced Based Analysis Library. Linda debuted her latest revised book, Rise to Success: Nutrition Practice Guideline's at ADA FNCE in October.
Elisa Zied, MS, RD, CDN, is in her fifth year as a proud spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association. She is a regular contributor to MSNBC.COM 's Chew on This Column, and is currently at work on her third book called Nutrition At Your Fingertips which will be published by Alpha Books (a division of Penguin) in November 2009. Elisa is the coauthor of Feed Your Family Right! (Wiley, 2007) and So What Can I Eat?! (Wiley, 2006).
